#316 Auto Open Delay default to 0ms

Is there a reason the delay is set to 1000ms (1 second) by default? If not it would really help to have this essentially set to no delay as it seems like it's just one more thing everyone would want and everyone would have to manually configure :( at least I do, but maybe I'm weird :) This setting makes launchy seem like it takes a long time to find things when it really isn't a slow tool :)
