This is particularly important for running Visual Studio, where only certain functionality is available while running as administrator. Maybe you could set it up so that 'ctl+enter' runs the selected program as administrator, while pressing enter runs the program normally.

I'll second this option. While Verby provides the option to run as different user, it does not work on Windows 7 x64. If we can make that work it'd be awesome! I work IT and need to the majority of my apps as my domain admin account, which is different from my user account.
