#265 Allow 'Rebuild catalog' (or more) from text entry area

First off, I love Launchy, and thanks for your work on such an excellent tool.

I love Launchy partly because it allows me to keep my hands on my keyboard. However, to use some Launchy application functionality such as rebuilding the catalog or opening the options screen, it appears I need to use my mouse? Could you create launchy.exe command-line arguments like -rebuild-catalog or -options?

My sincere apologies if I missed this functionality. I spent some time looking around and couldn't find mention of it.
