#248 make launchy aware of environment variables changes

It would be great if launchy could be made aware of all changes to environment variables so that all the processes it spawns use environment variables that are up to date.

I guess this is what needs to be done:

but I'm not sure this will work for launchy since I don't know if it's a "top level window".

I think this could also be made easier by a keyword in launchy that would re-run itself, or have launchy re-run itself every time it re-indexes the catalog, even if it wasn't fully automatic.

Until Launchy supports tracking changes to environment variables by itself, there is a plugin that adds this feature:
