#244 Launching console app with "cmd.exe /K"

When I use launchy to lauch console app like pslist from sysinternals, pslist opens in console and quits immediately and I do not have any chance to view its output.

Suggestion:
1. detect whether the target app is a console app by reading the file's PE, and check its subsystem field.

2. Launch the app if it's a console according to step 1 shellexe cmd.exe with the /K arg + the target file's full path.
