#230 Index all file types

I was typing the extensions I wanted to be indexed. I wanted to put all files but I don't think thats in the current version of launchy. Having lauchy index all files in certain or all folders would be fantastic, especially for the desktop. If there is a way to do this, than can someone please tell me how, or could someone make a plugin. Otherwise, could the developers implement this into a future release? That it would probably make things a lot easier to search for, especially if someone has a downloads folder or something and they dont wanna enter in all the file types.
