#226 Treat certain characters as white space

Pretty simple, a modifiable list of characters that are treated as white space when searching.

For example, a file name such as "file_1.avi" could be found by typing "file 1" into the Launchy window if '_' were specified to be treated as white space.

This should be implemented as a list of "word separators", just like TweakUI does in the Command Line configuration window.
