I like Launchy very much and already donated it. However, there is one annoying thing: It keeps my PC pretty busy after startup. There should be an option to not index directly after start or - even better - an option to index only when the PC was idle for more that x minutes.

Yes please, I would really like this option to not index at startup! I love Launchy and indexed a lot of my documents, but unfortunately it adds an additional 3-4 minutes to my startup (I shut off my computer a lot to save electricity). I might have to stop using it for this reason and find an alternative like Vista's start menu. :(
Get CCleaner if it's too anoying... http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/. You'll choose which program start at startup.
