#203 Index desktop by default

I'm not sure why Launchy doesn't index the desktop folder (all users and current user profile) by default, at least for .lnk files.

It's quite common for application installers to ask if you'd like shortcuts created in some combination of the start menu, quicklaunch, or desktop.

I was surprised when I installed launchy to find that it had not indexed some of my most commonly used shortcuts by default.

same here, I wondered why it's not indexed by default. Also, now launchy doesn't seem to index my .lnk files on my desktop, don't know why....
