#201 More general syntax for file paths

Currently Launchy recognizes that the user is typing a path if:

1. The drive letter is typed in, like c:\abcd

2. OR if at least one full directory name is typed in,
like \abcdef\ghi

I would like to request that Launchy recognize a path name without a drive letter even if there is no full directory name typed in, only a leading backslash, like the this:

\abcd

This would bring Launchy's directory recognition up to parity with the Windows "Run ..." dialogue box.
(And I already have muscle reflexes for only typing a \ but no drive letters for paths on the system drive ...)
