#192 Support for additional hotkeys: tilde (~)

I would like to use the tilde key as the hotkey to open Launchy. Ideally, any key on the keyboard should be supported as a possible hotkey.

As a workaround, I am currently using a separate hotkey program (http://sweb.cz/petr.lastovicka/others.html#hotkey) to remap Alt+~ to Win+X, and I have Launchy configured to use Win+X as the hotkey.

Note that in previous versions of Launchy, the Launchy.ini file could be manually modified to achieve this:

I second this. I would really like to be able to use Win+` (the symbol below ~).

I'd love to see this well. I'm transitioning from a different launcher ('cause Launchy's so awesome!) and am used to the combo Ctrl + ~
The location of that key is much too convenient to ignore :)
