#191 give priority to results starting with the query

I frequently get annoyed when I type (for example):
"az" (without quotes).
I want to open AZureus but Launchy suggests amAZon.
Both contain the text I entered, but I think Launchy should give more priority (in the suggestion list) to the elements that start with the text entered (at least after enabling a specific option).
