#187 Change: Administrator rights needed to install
I want to use Launchy at work but I can't use 2.00 because it tells me I need Administrator-Rights to install it and I have not got and will not get them for that. So I request that the installer can be changed to the 1.x-behavior or, if that's not possible, to offer a archive-file for download.
