#186 2.0: Catalog missing general file extension list

Hi,

Launchy prior 2.0 offered the option to define file extensions which should be scanned in every directory entered.
Version 2.0 does not have this option so I have to set duplicate entries for multiple directories. That's a little bit annoying.

Hope you can re-implement this in the future.

I find this annoying too and it mislead me into filling a wrong bug report about *.rdp files not being indexed. I also think that some other bug reports have been wrongly filled for the same reason. Thanks
