Could you add an option to drag-n-drop an icon from the launchy bar (icon of what you typed) to anywhere to create shortcut in other place or to, for example, open the document in non-default application by dragging it?
Please consider this sometime soon. This is huge for me as well. I have various script files that I often want to run, but that other times I need to edit, or trigger some other action on. Access to the right-click context menu (Open With, etc) would help, though I frequently like to drag things directly onto shortcuts on my desktop.
Launchy has an excellent user interface, but drag-and-drop and right-click are central to the basic Windows experience.

Better yet, add the ability to open the shortcut menu for the icon. Then you can select "Send To", "Open With", etc.
