#161 use keyboard to control launchy index rebuild or restart

It would be great if we could control launchy by typing the same way we can launch applications.

E.g. if we could just type one of

launchy rebuild
rebuild index
index
rebuild

to trigger a rebuild of Launchy's index.

Currently you have to pick up the mouse, click precisely on the edge of Launchy to get the menu, then select rebuild.

I tried pressing the Menu key, but it gave me a text edit menu, instead of the Launchy menu.

Given that Launchy is all about the keyboard, wouldn't it make more sense to be able to control Launchy itself using the keyboard too?

It would also be great to be able to trigger a Launchy restart from the keyboard too:

restart launchy
launchy restart

This would be a great work around for reloading the environment variables, see bugs
