#159 Some suggestions to make mgmt of runny-commands more fun ;)

I'd like to suggest the following enhancements to Runny's Options-dialog:

- upon selection of a command, show it parameters in the two edit-fields below and allow editing (add-button should overwrite (perhaps after conformation) the existing command. By changing the name, we would also have any easy way to clone a command.
- less important: addition of a Print-Button - or, alternatively, show commands in a 2 column-list, possibly even with an easy option to increase/decrease font-size
- ability to resize the dialog
