#154 More than one modifier for hotkey
I'd like to be able to specify something like Ctrl+Alt+Enter for my hotkey, but it should be possible to use up to all four (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Win), not that it'd be useful, but that's a separate question :P. I think one way of managing this would be to let the user press their keys to set them instead of a dropdown, as in many programs including Colibri (open source as far as I could tell), and iTunesKeys (not open source), and a few others.

ALT-Space has its uses outside of launchy - I would love have a hotkey that does not stop me from moving windows rendered off screen back on (alt-space m)
