#145 Run as Admin with STRG+Shift

The Startmenu of Windows Vista gives me the possibility to run Applications as Administrator when pressing STRG+Shift while launching.

Is it possible to do the same with Launchy?

Also a possibility to get Windows XP's "Run As..."-window when hitting Shift+Enter (or something else) would be so great!
For all admin-tools somewhere in my start menu I have to use the menu as I can't run them as Administrator using Launchy.
