#141 Open web pages easily

Launchy can already open web pages by typing www.example.com or http://www.example.com
But there's a way to make it even easier!
Let's get rid of having to type http:// and www. !!!
Launchy can have a list of domain names suffixes and so could tell URL from other words. Thus typing for example google.com will open Google's page (since it contains recognized suffix .com).

The idea is actually taken from tar_urlcompleter plugin for TypeAndRun.

P.S. Do not forget about URL parameters like google.com?q=text
