#140 permit easy translation of launchy

hi,
thanks for this great tool.
I have noticed that launchy use english names for things like control panel. I can not search for 'add/remove a program' in french, even if I have a french installation of windows.

Is there any way people can contribute to translate these (few) tokens ? Or even better, if launchy can get from windows the name of these modules. It could be very nice if I can choose in options what langage I what to use.
