#108 Default search directory locations

I think Launchy is missing a rather obvious location to
search for often-used program links. It could be argued
that in many cases links in the Quick Launch directory
are redundant, but many users previous to using
launchy, place customized links in this directory.

The Windows quick launch directory is located at (for XP
and *most* recent MS operating systems):
C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application
Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch

I believe that there are also some HKEYS that define ids to
put in the quick launch area also. However, that seems
outside the current model that Launchy has used to leverage
shorcuts.
