    Hi, I think there is a bug with skins in version 2.5: all name of programs under the prog icons, is always in black colour….

    This appears to only affect old skins. You can workaround the problem by editing the style.qss and removing any occurrences of QLineEdit.

    QLineEdit#input {
    font-size: 10pt;
    font-family: "Segoe UI", "Trebuchet MS", Arial, sans-serif;
    background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0%);
    border-width: 0px;
    border-style: solid;
    color: #ffffff;
    }
    QLineEdit#output {
    font-size: 12pt;
    font-family: "Segoe UI", "Trebuchet MS", Arial, sans-serif;
    background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0%);
    border-width: 0px;
    border-style: solid;
    color: #A2EBAA;
    text-align: right;
    }
    QListWidget#alternatives {
    font-size: 9pt;
    font-family: "Segoe UI", "Trebuchet MS", Arial, sans-serif;
    background-color: #f0f0f0;
    alternate-background-color: #f0f0f0;
    color: #00000;
    border: 1px solid #979797;
    selection-background-color: #aecff7;
    selection-color: #la;
    padding: 11px 2px 12px;
    margin: 3px;
    }

    This is the QSS of Seventh skin.
    As you can see, there's two occurrences of QLineEdit which defines the input text and output text. When/if I remove both those blocks of QLineEdit, the skin malfunctions.

    So where do I stand in making sure the text on the right side isn't black on a black background? The input text works just fine.

    Nevermind, by looking at other styles, I deduced that you meant to remove all "QLineEdit" and not having to touch the block. Removal of that word has fixed it all, thank you so much!
