I have been a happy Launchy user for several years and use it almost every time I want to open a folder or program. I have a relative understanding of Launchy's indexing process (adding specific directories to the catalog you want to be able to find/open). With that said, I haven''t been able to figure out what directory path I need to add in order to add Windows Store Apps (which are located in the "Apps" Folder in the Start Menu since I use the "Classic Start Menu") to the catalog so that they can be searchable in Launchy. I have done some research to figure it out on my own and what makes it tricky is that the Apps seem to be originally located in a relatively unorganized directory compared to regular programs which are usually nice and neatly located in all together in the Program Files Folder.
In short, what do I need to add to the catalag to be able to search/open Windows Store Apps via Launchy?? (Netflix, Instagram, Hulu etc.)
OS: Windows 10, 64-Bit
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Hey. Not sure if you ever found a solution for this, but the problem intrigued me so I looked into it. The windowsapp launchers aren't standalone, so they require some native references to launch any of the excutables, which means you have to link everything so Windows 10 knows what to do with the apps. It is sort of a hackey solution, but it works:
Open up your windows file explorer and drop this CLSID ("https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3123-clsid-key-guid-shortcuts-list-windows-10-a.html" into the address bar:
%windir%\explorer.exe shell:::{4234d49b-0245-4df3-b780-3893943456e1}
*** This is a reference to all the applications via your windows registry (Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID), but you can't just direct launchy here to read them (I tried).
Change the view in the "more options" dropdown menu on the right to "details", which will give you two categories to sort by (i.e. "Name" and "Long display name").
Click on "Long display name" to sort the values. This will create a cluster with the "Long display name", which are your Windows Store Apps. The applications without such a value are traditional apps.
Highlight all the Windows Store Apps and right-click, then create a shortcut, and pick yes to place them on the desktop.
Now unclutter your desktop by creating a new folder wherever you would like and past the shortcuts into that folder.
Add that folder to the catalog, along with the filetypea " *.Lnk "
Rescan the catalog and launch whatever you want. =)

I found an answer if you never did. Create a folder and drag the shortcuts from the start menu and then add that folder to your launchy catalogue directories. Then if you rescan the catalog it will add those items.
