Hi I have had this problem occur on two different windows 10 installs. I can't remember having any problems with it before windows 10 and it did work on windows 10 for a short while.
The issue is with a standard install of cygwin and when I try to run it from Launchy it gives me a mintty error http://imgur.com/hYUBcml
I have no problems launching from the windows start-up menu or by browsing to and executing the link through explorer. I'm not sure what other details I can provide to be helpful at this stage. Any suggestions?
