For some reason, shortcuts directly to drive roots aren't showing up in search results. I cannot, for example, make a shortcut to C:\ -- Launchy just ignores it. All shortcuts to drive roots have this problem.
Other .lnk shortcuts, to subfolders, work fine. C:\Users\Lou, for example, works perfectly. I have several in the same folder as the drive links that are being missed, so I don't think it has to do with with my catalog settings. But, for reference, I've included a screenshot of the settings for my shortcuts folder.
I found one other person with a similar issue five years ago Link, he wound up writing autohotkey scripts to open each drive in an explorer window, and adding those scripts to launchy instead. I think I could come up with a cleaner workaround than that using symlinks, but it really doesn't seem like I should need a workaround...
