#462 Default Catalog is missing on my Windows user account +1

I installed Launchy after a fresh reinstall of Windows 7 x64 Ultimate.

When I use Launchy on my user account, it has major problems, however it works fine on another user account.
1. The Catalog is empty on my account.
2. Even when I manually add two of the default locations, Launchy does not index them at all. It cannot search them or anything. ("C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu" and "C:\Users\<My username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu Utilities\")

However, even with the defaults missing, it still indexes the Windows control panel items.

This bug happens with both current versions of Launchy: 2.5 and 2.6 beta.
