#321 can not uninstal! to update- says lauchy is ruuning where??

i had the old lauchy 1.25 - i try to put the new, but says to unisntal teh old one- or IT SAYS MY LAUCHY is RUNNING- I CAN NOT CLOSE OR UNINSTAL LAUCHY - to put new version
and even open teh lauchy that seam open !! but no lauchy windows, no icone showing lauchy is running! so how to acces lo lauchy? to close it ? and update version?
I try to open lauchy , from the program, but nothing happen no window apears..-
i just instal that lauchy few days ago...
