#289 shortcut to particular exe fails to launch correctly

I have this version of notepad2 installed to replace the default notepad: http://code.kliu.org/misc/notepad2/. The problem is that it uses windows "Image File Execution Options" to "replace" notepad.exe. All the windows shortcuts respect this and execute notepad2 properly when launching them. Only launchy fails to correctly execute the shortcut. It launches the original notepad instead somehow bypassing the image file execution options.
