Launchy periodically uses CPU even if auto update is 0
Application launcher for Windows, Mac OS X, FreeBSD and Linux
Brought to you by:

I've configured Launchy so it doesn't automatically performs catalog updates ( Set the "Minutes between catalog updates" to 0).
Periodically - every 10 minutes - Launchy consumes >90% CPU time for three or four seconds. This also happens if the computer is idle inbetween.
Great job and thanks

I have submitted this bug one month ago (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1854920&group_id=132975&atid=725839).
Josh worked on this issue, and the source seems ok now.
Unfortunately he didn't release a new binary version to correct this irritating behaviour...

Is there any compiled version including this bugfix? It is pretty annoying :(

Thanks for the fixed version.
I always get paranoia when my CPU gets utilizied when I don't expect it to do so ;-)

Seeing similar behaviour with 2.0 here, although with me CPU Usage stays below 10% normally - but the annoying thing with it that it actually starts running wild on my harddisks (got something like 2 partitions and 5 big folders in its list), so it seems the 'auto catalogue updating' set to 0 gets just plain ignored?
