Use the same reference scope o resolve a node name. IOW, LaunchMON must use a naming scheme where a node name can be composed and compared on any nodes of a tool session. Without such support, LaunchMON currently breaks on OpenMPI at LANL where OpenMPI generates fully qualified name while remote nodes reports partially qualified name.
