#7 Up/Down causes popupmenu with wrong entries

When moving an entry up and down several times, the
popupmenu doesn't refelct the correct order as shown in
the listbox. The listbox contains the correct order, as
selected by the user, but when the popupmenu is
created, the order is wrong.

Seen on the linux version, but I guess the same happens
for the windows version as well.
