#96 Support for INI sections

It would be helpful if the ini file could contain sections https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/INI_file#Sections and l4j could handle them (basically skipping them as it does with comments). This would play well with WiX http://wixtoolset.org/documentation/manual/v3/xsd/wix/inifile.html where the section is mandatory, making possible to create an MSI installer that adds lines to the l4j.ini file. Currently the lines are added in a section and the section is pased as an application argument.
