Create version for 64-bit systems

I regard the creation of a package for 64-bit systems, in particular Linux, an urgent topic! ;)

Do you mean to create one yourself or by launch4j? :)
Launch4j as such targets only Windows, though in theory it should be possible to create a similar script for linux.
Anyhow the launch4j executable will work on 64-bit Windows as well.
