It wont launch whatever i do. I unistalled and installed again the program but nothing !

update:
i unistalled and installed Java again , both jdk and jre and not what i get is "This application requires JRE 1.6.0 - 1.8.9"

It only launches the .jar file.
.exe doesn't work. it keeps showing the error i said in my previous reply
