#226 Sign4j is not bundled in the Linux distributions

The Sign4j utility in its compiled form or the source code is not bundled in the Linux distributions of Launch4j. So users have to download the windows distribution, copy the sign4j.c source file from it and then have to compile it for themselves to sign files on Linux. The users have to download both the Linux and windows distribution for themselves to get building and signing working.

Would it be possible to provide the Linux compiled binaries for sign4j? If not, at the minimum could the sign4j.c source file be bundled with the Linux distributions so that users could compile it for themselves.
