#199 Win10 blocking RMI connections with Launch4j Wrapper

Hi,
I noticed a strange new problem just now. I am using launch4j with a client-server application and so far it worked well for years. The client communications via RMI. When starting the client via the console or in Eclipse, the connection is fine and everything works as expected. With the launch4j wrapper, the connection is extremely instable and gets lost immediatly after logging into the server. It does not seem to be a firewall problem. All programms are signed. Has this problem been reported before?
