#187 Installer - NISI iItalian language and icon descriptions

Hi.
The instalaler of latest version 3.12 use NSIS as installer maker.
The Italian language that you used for NSIS is not updated.
Pelase update the Italian alnguage for NSIS.
Then the installer script don't localize icon description in program group.
If you can please provide NSIS installer scritp to enable me to help to localize icon descriptions.

Hi, there should be a newer version of NSIS. I'll try to update and we'll
see if this solves the problem.
