#185 When Windows Restart Manager causes my app to exit, the launch4j wrapper keeps on running

When my application exists as part of the Windows Restart Manager telling it to exit during an update or uninstall, the javaw.exe process exits, but the exe keeps or running.

If I remove the splash screen and the restart on crash, I don't get the wrapping process and thus exiting work. This sounds like a bug in the wrapping process.
