Windows Vista 64/bit
the output file for ldCmd.addExe("ld") is not ready to append another jar file
solution: create a stub first and then concatenate
build icon blue - shouldnt be in 'disabled' shape
I also use Vista 64/bit, I'm wondering why this hasn't happened before.
that problem could be caused by firewall or virus scanner, which keep the file locked for some time after creation.
a) to create an object with one tool and b) modify the same object with another tool. Usually it calls for a kind of synchronization, especially when the actions between a) and b) are out of our control.
an executable should never be patched or modified after creation - usually only viruses do that.
probably another solution would be: create the stub in the destination folder, append and
then rename. The proposed solution is more robust. It will not change the output of 'ld' it only requires read permission.
