    Usage: [python] lu_respt2expt.py [options] LaueCollect1.log [LaueCollect2.log ...]

    Options:
      -h, --help            show this help message and exit
      -i, --ignore-pairs    Ignore pair analysis for broken LaueCollect logs with on/off data. [default: False]
      -r PATH, --respt-path=PATH
                            Path to re.spt files that will be joined with file names from log files. [default: .]
      -d DISTANCE, --distance=DISTANCE
                            detector distance [default: 65.2]
      -p PIXEL, --pixel=PIXEL
                            pixel dimensions [default: 0.0792,0.0792]
      -c CENTER, --center=CENTER
                            number of erosions [default: 998.1,1025.5]
      -b BEAMSTOP, --beamstop=BEAMSTOP
                            greyscale tif file containing beamstop mask

Input - a series of re.spt files produced by Precognition-Limits procedure for each experimental MCCD frame and LaueCollect.log file associated with the
ir acquisition.

Output - binary file in HDF5 format, an input for the indexing routine.
