Changed the project name
Same unix name

The new name is more relevant to what the program does, and is more much search friendly. Searches such as
"post notifier"
"bb notifier"
"last post notifier"
and many other searches will return this project as a number one in relevance putting us at the top of the list :D. This is what I was achieving for.

Anyone who uses a phpbb board system, try this out and tell us how it works, thanks.

It's becoming more stable, but there's still plenty more on it's way.

Test this out on your forum and tell me how it goes, ideally it should work on phpbb3 maybe even phpbb2 forums.
