#65 Wrap permissions errors better

I can only save recipes if I'm logged into the computer
as root. When I try saving a recipe it gets this error:
I/O exception file not found exception
/usr/share/largorecipies/dist/data/updates/ingredientlist1new
(no such file or directory)

This must be happening because the non-root user doesn't
have permission to see the file. LargoRecipes should produce
a friendlier error when this happens, explaining common
causes like permissions problems and how to solve the
problem.
