äöü or éàè^ in file names (windows only)

It is possible to save a file with ä,ö,ü,é,à,è or ^, but if you try to reopen that file, an error occurs: "File doesn't exist." #°§"@ and other symbols are no problem.
A similiar problem emerges if you try to add a sound that has these letters in its name: LARA crashes.
If the path of the file includes these letters (the parent folder for example) this poses no problem.
On Mac this all works fine.
