#1 Allow setUp as well as setup

There is some degree of disagreement over whether
setup should have a capitalized U in it. For the sake
of ease of use, it is probably good to recognize
either "setup" (the current behavior) or "setUp".
Other unit testing frameworks use the second
designator, causing some confusion when coming to
Lapidary.
