This is a known sourceforge bug:

The suggested "workaround" (urgh): Try the same URL again but without
being logged into sourceforge (i.e. try it in a different browser).
Indeed the same URL will work in that case, except that the archive
seems to have stopped working in mid-October, which is yet another known
sourceforge bug. That sucks.
