Hi Aosheng,

now that I'm back at my windows machine, out of curiosity I gave MSVC
and LA_COMPLEX_SUPPORT a try. To my surprise this works right away; no
problem with include/lacomplex and MSVC at all. I've now updated the CVS
code so that the MSVC project file will immediately compile the full
lapackpp including complex-valued matrices.
