	* blaspp/src/*.cc, matrix/src/*.cc, src/*.cc: Make sure files can
	be compiled even if LA_COMPLEX_SUPPORT is switched off. Makes
	initial porting to MSVC much easier.

	* lapackpp.vcproj: Add project file for Microsoft Visual Studio
	Compiler (MSVC).
