#12 Saved wav files corrupted

Any wav file saved with LAoE has a flaw that prevents it
from being read in by another program like Sound Forge.
But wav file can sometimes be read in by some other
programs. Strange. Error ocurrs near end of file on
reading.

By looking in the sample editor at the end of the file is
seems that the last WAV sample is not read (offsets are
0-based), so, when the file is saved the header does not
report the correct data length (in fact the actual saved
data is 4 byte shorter for a 16bit stereo WAV file).
