[Languagetool] More maintainers of Dutch

Somewhere in the months to come, I will give a short introduction to some
Dutch people, interested in contributing.

It will not be more than a global introduction on the XML-level, since
that is all I know myself.

These people might join the mailing list and ask some questions and might
need some help. More than I can offer.

I assume they will be received like every other contributor: whole-hartedly.
